Steven is the founder of our company and the driving force behind our vision. He brings together big-picture strategy with practical, hands-on experience, setting the tone for our culture of excellence and results.

Steven has been in sales since 2014. During his career, he has founded and led two sales companies while living in five different states — experiences that built his adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in any market.

Over the past four years, Steven has specialized in Legal Recruitment and Legal Marketing. Drawing on his extensive sales leadership background, he has helped law firms and legal professionals achieve meaningful growth. This journey directly inspired the creation of our company.

His vision for ShepherdTG is to connect real hard working people with real growing companies to create real longterm impact.

Outside of work, a Philadelphia native and lifelong die-hard Philly sports fan. Steven is a devoted husband of three years and proud father of two. He is an avid traveler and foodie who loves exploring new cities, cultures, and cuisines.
